Triple Junction GaAs Solar Cell 30% Efficiency(40cm×30cm)

This cell type is an GaInP2/GaAs/Ge on Ge substrate triple junction solar cell (efficiency class 30%). The solar cell has an active area of 12cm2 .

The solar cell assembly is equipped with an discrete Si bypass diode, interconnectors and cover glass.
