ES-30TJSC-33 is a triple junction GaAs solar cell, and its brief introduction is as follows:
Structural characteristics: Three junction GaAs solar cells are usually composed of three single junction diodes of different materials connected in series, generally including GaInP top cells, GaAs middle cells, and InGaAs bottom cells. Different layer materials have different band gaps and can absorb photons in different bands of the solar spectrum. ES-30TJSC-33 achieves a wider utilization of the solar spectrum through this structural design, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
