1.Description
MSCM-4.5-12.5 is a miniature photovoltaic cell power generation module, using 2 aerospace three-junction gallium arsenide solar cells with an average conversion efficiency of 29.0% (AM0, 1sun, 136.7mW/cm2, 25℃). When used on the ground, the standard design voltage is 4.5V, and the working current is 12.5mA. It can be used as a primary power supply to directly power storage batteries and electronic products in areas such as wearables and the Internet of Things.
